Samuel W. Rosenblatt
The firm’s President, Samuel W. Rosenblatt, is the fourth generation of his family in the real estate business. Mr. Rosenblatt worked for eight years as the Vice President of Newmark & Company Real Estate, where he was responsible for overseeing the leasing and management of 16 commercial properties totaling approximately 6 million square feet. He then served for 2 years as the Vice President of leasing for Swig, Weiler and Arnow with responsibility for 3 buildings containing nearly 2 million square feet.
Mr. Rosenblatt serves on the Board of Directors of many philanthropic institutions, is an avid contemporary art collector, has successfully run the NYC marathon and is an active member of the Real Estate Board of New York. Mr. Rosenblatt received the Distinguished Service Award from the Young Executive Division of the Israel Bonds Organization. He is a graduate of the Wharton School of Business of the University of Pennsylvania.
Steven H. Marvin
Steven H. Marvin, Executive Managing Director and Partner has been with Olmstead Properties, Inc. since 1993 and has been involved in real estate brokerage and management in New York City since 1988. Prior to joining Olmstead, Mr. Marvin used his background in multi-tenanted loft renovation projects as the leasing/managing agent guiding the conversion of 584-588 Broadway into one of Soho’s prominent office buildings. He is currently responsible for the development and implementation of the leasing and marketing of approximately 1.5 million square feet. Mr. Marvin received a B.A. from Clark University. He is married and resides in New York City.
Daniel Breiman
Daniel Breiman, Senior Managing Director, joined Olmstead Properties, Inc. as Leasing and Managing Agent in July 1999. Prior to joining Olmstead, Mr. Breiman was an Asset Manager at Newmark & Company Real Estate for 10 years where he was responsible for a diverse 10 building commercial portfolio comprising in excess of 2.5 million square feet. Presently, he directs leasing and management of half of the Olmstead portfolio. Mr. Breiman received a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. He is married with 2 children and resides in New York City.
Tom Nikac
Tom Nikac joined the firm in 1996 as a Property Manager, responsible for all third party management properties. In 2004 Mr. Nikac was promoted to Director of Property Management for the entire Olmstead Properties, Inc. portfolio. He is currently responsible for overseeing and directing the day to day operations of over 3.5 million sqft of retail and commercial office space. Prior to Olmstead, he worked with Williams Real Estate as the building superintendent. Mr. Nikac earned his RPA designation from the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) in 2003. He attended the School of Architecture and Design at New York Institute of Technology, majoring in architecture. Tom is married and lives in Rockland County.
Marta Cook
Marta Cook, Business Operations Manager with over 20 years of experience in real estate management and leasing. Marta joined Olmstead Properties, Inc. in 2002 as the Building Administrator for 180 Varick Street assisting in leasing and the day-to-day operations of the building and was quickly promoted to Senior Leasing Administrator assisting in leasing and asset management for the entire Olmstead portfolio. In her current role as Business Operations Manager, Marta is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, managing cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals, and improving operational efficiency. Marta is a lifelong New Yorker living in Chelsea with her husband Carl and son Jacob.
Manuel A. Ventura
Manuel A. Ventura has been involved with financial management in the real estate industry since 1989. Mr. Ventura joined Olmstead Properties, Inc. in 1992 as Senior Accountant. In 1993 he was promoted to Controller to oversee the entire Olmstead portfolio. Prior to joining Olmstead Properties, Inc., he was employed by the Macklowe Organization for three years as Staff Accountant for both residential and commercial properties.

Adam Arnow
Adam A. Arnow has managed direct real estate investments made by the Arnow Family and several other highnet-worth families in properties in the northeast region of the United States and Ireland throughout his career.
Beginning in 2005, Adam spent seven years managing acquisitions at Olmstead Properties, Inc. In 2012, Adam began actively investing in direct real estate deals primarily on behalf of his family and in partnership with
Olmstead Properties.
By way of background, Adam’s family has been in the real estate business since the 1930s. The Arnow family has developed over 10 million square feet of office and residential properties throughout the United States, but primarily in New York City – including the Grace Building, 1411 Broadway, 711 Third Avenue, 437 Madison Avenue, 7 Hanover Square, and 250 Mercer Street. While the family continues to own a portfolio of legacy assets, most of the Arnow family portfolio was sold in 1997 to a Real Estate Investment Trust called Trizec Inc.
While Adam’s initial investments were in NYC they have expanded to include over a dozen projects in Ireland, and several multi-family development projects in and around Boston, MA and Pittsburgh, PA.
Patrick Pavone
Patrick A. Pavone began working on direct real estate investments on behalf of the Arnow Family and Olmstead Properties in Dublin, NYC, and in the northeast region of the United States in 2014. Patrick focuses on all aspects of acquisitions, from deal sourcing to deal structuring, to asset management.
Patrick maintains offices in Connecticut, at Olmstead Properties, Inc., and at the Weiler Arnow Management Co. Inc. in NYC. Patrick is experienced with commercial, residential, and industrial asset classes. Since 2014, together with Adam Arnow, he has overseen the development of over 700,000 square feet of office properties
in Dublin, Ireland. Sales of these properties have generated proceeds in excess of $600 million. Additionally, Patrick has spearheaded a countrywide single family homebuilding company in Ireland that at its peak had the capacity to build over 1700 units of single-family homes across the country. Domestically, Patrick has bought over 800,000 square feet of commercial office in NYC, and 350,00 square feet of industrial in Illinois that Olmstead Properties operates as part of their 4.5 million square foot portfolio.
Additionally, he has managed investments in the development of over 1000 units of multifamily housing recently completed or currently under development in the Pittsburgh and the Boston areas. Finally, Patrick has alsobought and manages several “land banked” properties in the northeast USA slated for future development.
